Joe's Jeans have recently been growing in popularity, particularly as summer approaches and women look for new ways to assemble their outfits around the timeless classic: white jeans. For many years, women have had to balance the quintessential iconic summer trend with the dangers and reality of the fabric's fragility.
White, whether it's denim, cotton, silk or even textures like nylon and polyester, stains easily. Even worst, it slowly begins to lose its super brilliant clean white luster overtime to become more of an egg-white or off-white color and in worst scenarios a very high yellow ranging down to tan.Simply put, summer's top fashion trend always ends up being a fad, primarily due to the fact that white fades over time. So even for those that are compulsive in their neatness and extremely cautious around any sort of foods or liquids, white is always temporary.
Enter Joe's Jeans and their new "Play Dirty. Stay Spotless" campaign for Spring / Summer 2014. Joe's Jeans new line features a pencil skirt, cut off shorts and trouser pants, among others. The price ranges from about $150 - $190, but so far no negative news could be found on these stain draining numbers.
The jeans of course have been put to the test with popular test showing up on Buzzfeed, the Today Show, Good Morning America and SheFinds among other places. While it may be hard to believe, the jeans will resist all types of liquid, including water, coffee, soda and even red wine! Imagine the joy of woman worldwide in being able to drink Mimosas and Cosmos with the ladies during that ladies only brunch without a care in the world.
Joe Jeans is so confident in the quality and stain fighting power, they made their own video shown below.Critics (as there are with every life-changing product) feel as though the jeans are a short sell, as they aren't particularly keen to do battle against bright lipgloss or lip stains, nail polish or other cosmetics, but they still come a long way from the traditional white jean experience. The best part is, there's no longer a need to ruin your white clothing trying hundreds of different home remedies and half baked strategies for cleaning up stains. Opinions, ladies?
